<p>Introduction<br />The economy of Hong Kong is eminently dependent on its finance and world trade position. Since the financial markets and investment activities have become more volatile generally, and the number of listed companies and multi-national organizations is steadily increasing, there is a greater need for more capable executives to undertake sound financial management of entities. Nevertheless, the small and medium sized firms are more vulnerable to risks of fluctuation on interest rate, foreign currency exchange, product cost and market etc.</p>
<p>Essential financial management topics on management decision-making will be covered in this course in order to provide the participants with a thorough knowledge in theories and practices.</p>
<p>The lecturer of this programme is an experienced practitioner and a qualified academic from local institutes of higher education. </p>
