    An undergraduate degree in physical sciences or an engineering discipline. Those with an undergraduate degree in other disciplines but, with an attainment of A-level physics or equivalent, or sufficient working experience in the related fields, will be considered.

    If the entrance qualification is obtained from an institution where the medium of instruction is not English should also fulfill the University's English proficiency requirements. 

     
    課程內容

    The programme emphasizes a balance of both technical and soft sciences. Students are required to complete 12 credit units of core courses (6 credit units of core courses of Programme Core Courses and 6 credit units of Stream Core Courses), and 18 credit units of elective courses.

    Students can declare concentration for one of the streams: Energy Stream (ENE) and Environment Stream (ENV), or not to declare for any concentration.

    - Energy, Environment and Sustainable Development
    - Environmental and Energy Policy

    Stream Core Courses (6 credit units)
    Students are required to take any 6 credits from Stream Core Courses. Those declared for the Energy (ENE) /Environment (ENV) Streams must complete 6 credits from the core courses of their respective streams.

    Energy Conversion: Theory and Methodology
    - Energy Conservation and Audit

    Environment Core Courses (ENV)

    Data Analysis in Environmental Applications
    - Environmental Pollution: Theories, Measurement and Mitigation

    Elective Courses (18 credit units)
    Students are required to take any 18 credits from Elective Courses. Those declared for the Energy (ENE)/ Environment (ENV) Streams must complete 6 credits from the elective courses of their respective streams, plus 12 credit units of any Elective Courses (Stream/General Elective Courses) but not more than 6 credit units from the other stream’s electives.
